Welcome to our recovery and wellness club, where you can relax, recover and enjoy quality time with friends. Our sessions include the opportunity to partake in hot and cold contrast therapy.
We have a full spectrum sauna, hot tub and filtered ice baths with temperatures that range from 2-8 degrees. You will be guided by our friendly staff during your visit.
